At AFK Books & Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lifestyle and apparel purchases. If your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Ensure apparel is unworn with original tags attached and securely pack the items in their original shipping container if possible.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items reach our warehouse.
